Orders placed before 1pm PST are typically shipped out the same business day. Any orders placed after1pm PST will be shipped the following business day (this includes orders with expedited shipping). Each order is subject to product availability. Customer Service will reach out via email in the event that any item(s) are unavailable. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays, and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. Signature upon delivery is not required. Please contact UPS or Customer Service if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery.

UPS Ground/ USPS: delivers 1-5 business days after processing.

UPS 3 Day Select: delivers 3 business days after processing.

UPS Next Day Air: delivers the next business day after processing.

Envya offers International Priority Mail (6-10 Business Days) or Express Mail (3-5 Business Days) shipping via United States Postal Service. Shipping pricing is live within checkout and varies per country. Orders will be processed and shipped within two to four business days, excluding holidays and weekends.

The customer is solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees (if applicable). These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it back to Envya within 30 days of your purchase date. We do not accept products that have been worn, altered or washed. See below to obtain your pre paid shipping label. Please note, $8.00 per returned package will be deducted from your refund for the pre-paid return label.

Please allow 7 business days from the date we receive your returned merchandise for your full refund. Make sure that you return the merchandise in its original condition with all original tags attached. Securely repack your merchandise and place the pre paid shipping label on the outside of your package.

We are unable to process returns for swimwear that have been worn, altered or washed. All swimwear returned must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place. All swim that meet the return criteria above must also be repackaged in its original packaging with all tags attached

Please note your return confirmation will be sent to you via email as soon as your return has been processed.


You can also send your unwanted items back to the address below using any other insured shipping method with a tracking #. We do not accept COD returns.

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please follow the above steps to return the unwanted item for a full refund and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s).
